‘‘ I have never written a review but I had to take the time to share our experience with Tripino. We stumbled upon Mary at Tripino whilst thinking of planning a holiday in the early summer of 2020 to the Maldives later on in the year. Both me and my Fiance have never had such a smooth and easy process of travelling, even with travelling in the middle of a global pandemic. Mary gave us great pricing and incredible options to choose from in terms of flights and hotels. Being honest we actually struggled to find it much cheaper anywhere else even after some thorough googling! We were nervous about booking and also travelling during a pandemic but Mary gave us a lot of flexibility and kept us well informed throughout the whole process, she was so honest about our options at all points, helped us with all our travel documentation and sent friendly reminders so we had no fear or issues when travelling whatsoever. She helped arrange everything with the airline and hotel, was available to answer (our many) questions at any point and was even able to get us an amazing upgrade at the hotel! It was the trip of a lifetime for us as my now fiance proposed whilst we were out in paradise. Mary was also aware of his plans and helped my fiance get in touch with the necessary people to make it incredibly special for us. I know we will not hesitate to book with Mary for our travel needs going forward, we could not recommend her more!

I'm happy to say that this was one of the best holidays Shanil and I have been on! We didn't want to come back. 

 Your local operator were fantastic, the pick ups and drop offs were exactly the time quoted, they would confirm the pick up with the hotel the day before, which was very reassuring! They provided fresh water daily and took us to some great places for lunch. Adul, who was our favourite tour guide in Bangkok, made Shanils birthday very special by taking us to an off the itinerary destination. The hotel provided him with a cake mid day and at dinner on request, as well as at the end of the food tour when we finished the trip at a rooftop bar. 

 All the tour guides were very professional and informative and allowed us our own time to look around as well. 

 We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.
